Refund and Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at lukkyandco@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Damaged or defective items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include a photo of the item so we can resolve it quickly at no cost to you.

Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used on a pet.
