Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States.

Estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 business days from the date of shipment.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Lukky and Co is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or packages marked as delivered but reported missing. If your package is delayed beyond 15 business days, please contact us and we will assist you.
